A case of 67 years old man with asymptomatic cyst in the head of pancreas is presented. The pancreatic cyst was found incidentally in
2007 but no further exploration was performed. The lesion was found again 2011 and subsequent detailed examination revealed branch
duct intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm, histologically borderline tumour. The case report emphasizes a necessity of examination
and follow-up of all pancreatic cystic lesions, even they are asymptomatic.
